You can just enter a big enough negative value for the PAD solder mask expansion - that will disable the solder mask for it and leave it covered. After that just go the the solder mask layer and draw a fill with the appropriate shape over the pad. -
Footoprint PWP (R-PDSO-G16)
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project with the boost converter TPS61030. I attached the specification of the footprint.
The power PAD is a bit awkward because the solder mask has to cover part of the power PAD. How can I design this pad?
