SDL error in bitbake

Hi,
I am trying to do a build for the Dragonboard 410c following the release notes manual on the qualcomm site.
When i do the build it errors out with an error stating SDL devel not installed but when i do the apt-get install SDL* it says its already installed.
PLEASE HELP!

Hi Rob, I do not have experience with building software for Dragonboard.

PS: Did you use same version of OS on the host machine as recommended by manual?

I found the error, it was an entry in the local.conf file. I dont have the exact line but it was to do with the sdl lib
