What is the difference between floating ground and normal ground

I am not exactly sure what is the situation you have in mind, but maybe floating GND is not connected anywhere else?

Basically I have a circuit called DRF1400 in which there are two grounds one is floating ground and other is common is common ground and they are at different potential so in that I have a confusion that where the floating ground will be connected also in that circuit I am not able spot many connection points in the circuit if someone can clarify this that would be very helpful please find the pdf attachment of circuit.

The high side driver needs power. But as the high side does not reference "the ground", it needs a floating one. You can use a DC-DC converter for this.
