Comparator Circuit

Hi,everyone,I used the THS4052 as a comparator,but the output voltage at VO1 has about 1.01V bias ，why it's not about 0V?

1) The THS4052 is an amplifier and not a comparator
2) It is not a rail-to-rail output amplifier (or comparator).

If it helps, if you need to monitor a voltage, there are dedicated chips for it. They provide logic level output. Try to search for "voltage supervisor texas instruments"
