Memory calibration in embeded memory?

    Are not these DDR2 memories? You do not need to calibrate DDR2. If these were DDR3 PoP (Package on Package) memories, I guess these values would be already in the code from manufacturer and you would not need to run calibration.

    Hi! I have a doubt. In processors with built in memory (scm imx6 for example) is needed to do some calibration for every PCB layout?? Or with the factory values will be allright? Thanks a lot!
