Programming SODIMM DDR3L SPD

Hi all,
I have designed and assembled a DDR3L SODIMM module. But the problem is I dont know how to program the SPD data. Could anyone show me any guide or programmer to help me with this problem?

Find a module with the same memories on the market, buy it, test it in your system. If it works oki, read the SPD from the module, have a look at the values and if needed, adjust them. This may help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_presence_detect
