I'd like to make 8 layer high speed pcb, with fine pitch 0.4mm BGA device (Optional: PCBA), Do you know which PCB manufacturer we can do?

I have not done 0.4mm BGA, so I only can recommend the PCB manufacturer I normally use, which is Exception PCB: https://epcbonline.com

we are using https://www.suntechcircuits.com/product
they are producing our boards at the moment. wich has 0.5mm pitch BGA on it.. I am confident they can do 0.4mm too
