Spacing required in between Trace

One trace voltage of 100V and other trace voltage have 500V. so my question is how much spacing i require for if i travel those trace parallel.

so minimum of 2.5mm space between track but more than 3.1 preffered.
i think there are also some restrictions on soldermask.. but unsure about that..

It depends .... there are some differences how you finish the PCB and where the board is located (google for IPC-2221B e.g. http://us.jetpcb.com/Cht/Document/ipc-2221all.pdf page 39). Have a look at Saturn PCB Toolkit, it is free software: http://www.saturnpcb.com/pcb_toolkit/
