Do I have to do length matching between 2 line of differential pair signal?
Simply to say, you would like the edges of the signals travel together, so you should be adjusting the length when the difference occurs. More complicated to say, you need to be aware of possible signal discontinuity - places where your signals will lose for example required impedance (these may be the places where you will be adjusting the length).
So, when doing negative / positive differential pair length matching (or its also called within pair length matching), you need to consider the direction how signal is travelling, adjust the length in places where length difference happen and be careful not making too big adjustments so you do not damage signal quality. However, some signals are not so sensitive, depends on how fast signals you are routing.
