swap USB lines in the PCB

Hi,
Could be a good solution for swapping USB lines to put two 0603(in) R185 R186 resistors in series for doing the swap?

Usually, when I need to swap differential pairs, I change layers. But, this is an interesting idea. Honestly I do not know how good this is. To see the real impact you would probably need to measure the USB interface.

PS: From my experience, USB 2.0 is not very sensitive and it usually works fine even if it is not perfectly routed - especially when a short and direct connection is used.
