Altium Pad-to-Pad Length Matching

Hi,

I would like to length-match two or more trace routes from "pad to pad" meaning the "total signal length" between ICs. I know how to length-match nets but my question is: When you have components like series resistors on the route between pads is there an easy way to length-match the total signal routes? Currently, I am manually entering target lengths for each net. There must be an easier way.
