Zero ohm resistors are often used to allow optional parts or change the signal paths. It allows you to 'disconnect' a part of the circuit.
A little overkill here in my opinion.
Ant1882 You would need to see the bigger picture (schematic and layout) if this could be for EMI.
For the reset I would rather pick a 1k resistor or so, as this allows you to physically reset (during development) with damaging anything.
