R0 ohm

I found this circuit from Antmicro opensource hardware used in Jetson nano base board project.
Why they put R 0 Ohm in this circuit?

Zero ohm resistors are often used to allow optional parts or change the signal paths. It allows you to 'disconnect' a part of the circuit.
A little overkill here in my opinion.

I'm guessing in this case it gives you a chance to add a small series resistance if you have issues with radiated EMI maybe?

@Ant1882 You would need to see the bigger picture (schematic and layout) if this could be for EMI.
For the reset I would rather pick a 1k resistor or so, as this allows you to physically reset (during development) with damaging anything.
