    Hi,
Thanks for all your support. I just got the job done, by using similar in terms of paramiters spice model.

Everything works fine, and the result satisfied.

So what is is the difference between the parts (looking at the datasheets)?

How exact does it need to be? Do note, that simulation models are often simplified so the difference may not have any effect in simulation as it is removed during the simplification.

. Lib definitely does the job. The only concern I have, is that the model with Lib extension is for a similar igbt, not exactly the same.

    Hey Robert, Yes I did!
These models seem to work, but just do not know what to do with (. Sim) file. How to convert it and import to ltspice

When searching, did you try to remove some of the characters? Maybe that could help?

    Hello guys,
I am trying to sinulate igbt hgtg12n60a4d which has no model provided. How you usually simulate an igbt in ltspice without any simulation models?
Working...
