    not really a rule but keep them as close as you can. but especially in differentiall pairs you want them to be the exact same spacing from each location. it helps with making a via impedance controlled in those cases... looking at your image i would suggest using one size via instead of two.. (either the smaller or the bigger size) and would try to align all these signals horizontally. GndVia/SignalVia/gndVia/signal via.. etc etc.. it gives a nicer look! and make sure you space out your via's properly either on grid or by selecting all via's and hit crtl+shift+H for horizontal spacing alignment.. you do need to route the wires neatly to you via's but it really helps with getting the same spacing between two outer points.. (works on tracks too)
