Is this a good way to connect tracks from different layers?

What do you think about the below? Is it ok to connect tracks from different layers through a via like I do below? (see pink marked below) Maybe you have already some video that gives some feedback? Could be that I'm making an issue out of nothing, but I'm just curious to hear an expert's answer.

As extra information, the PCB I'm designing is for a PIC microcontroller working at 16Mhz, zo not very high frequency.

It's not visible from the picture, but it is a good practice to have GND plane as a neighbor layer for signal layers. So, if you don't have it, I would recommend it. Tracks itself should be then ok - use 50ohms for signals and you may want to use a little bit wider tracks (or polygon pours) for powers.
