Very good prices and better quality/yield compared to some of the European/USA companies I've worked with. I've used it for very big and complex boards only. I don't know if it's good for smaller designs.

As we do not manufacture boards, I do not have any contacts in China For simple PCB we use our local PCB Manufacturer ( http://www.sqpinternational.com/ ), for complex PCBs we use our contact in the UK called Exception PCB ( http://www.exceptionpcbsolutions.com/ ) - they manufacture in the UK and in China.

We've been quite happy with Fastprint. Their cost is the cheapest we've found for average amounts of high-complexity boards. The quality is quite good considering the difficulty of producing those particular boards. We didn't really need much technical support as we knew our stuff. Their communication was alright.

Yes, they absolutely do that. It is a standard industry practice. You can further discus details about the stack-up as well.
