Voltage regulator, inductor on other side

I have 4 power regulators 2A 3.3V that I need to fit in a small area.

I cannot fit them all on the top layer. Could I place the inductor on the bottom side and use thick traces with through hole via's down to the inductor with no problem?

angelsix I never do that.

I've swapped to inductors that are larger but not as high so I can fit them on my top side to be safe
