First, make sure you are using a sensible grid value on all your sheets (normally 10 units, or 100mil equivalently, works fine). Then go to the coordinates from the error (double clicking on the error should hopefully do the trick) and check if you have any objects that are not exactly on the grid - try to move them a bit so they snap to the grid.

I think that is the standard value Altium use for their Vault components and many other people. Also many components in different libraries are created using such grid. That's why it's a wise value to use.
It is practical as well - neither too small, nor too big.
