gigabit ethernet layout

Hi. I draw my gigabit rgmii signal as follow and i tune the lengths of signals. But my phy only work on 100 base ethernet and didnt work on 1000 base. Is it posible that my layout is wrong?

It's not easy to say from this photo. Are you sure it is a signal integrity issue and not something with the firmware for example?

Thats the problem. Im not sure were is the problem. I tune all signals and only im not sure about the way i tune the signals. I use altium length tunning tool to tune the line and i worry if settings of the tool maybe incorrect and so SI issue maybe accured

mostafa222, mairomaster is right, there may be something with PHY settings. Try to access the PHY registers directly, read them and set them for 1Gb operation and test it. Often, you can also tweak delay inside the PHY.
