RGMII Trace Rules

I used KSZ9031rnxa chip as ethernet chip with a64, but there is problem with detect eth0 by Linux.

I used length matching in RX and TX and control signal in tolerance of 50mil, but eth0 doesnot work! any suggestion for rework?
