Be careful when deciding on the chips that you are planning to use on your boards. If you can not get documentation, I would not use it.
PS: I think I saw schematics for A13 (try google for "allwinner A13 schematic"), but I am not sure about H3

For Allwinner? I don't know. I have never used Allwinner on my boards.
