title block for PCB in ALTIUM

do you know how I can create the title block template for PCB?
I know how it design for schematic, but for the PCB I tried to copy and paste for example from TI's template, but it is really difficult to handle i,t in this way?

I found a way, you can design the template on EXCEL then copy and past into the PCB, however the cells' dimensions maybe change.
