High Speed signal Polygon Clearance

Hello.

I'm making a design with a SODIMM socket for DDR4, I have clear length specifications, impedances, etc ... but I have a question about what distance I should leave between the polygon GND and the lines of the DDR within a single layer.

I add an image of an area where I would be interested to know that parameter.

When I am not sure I always check reference design. You can for example go to JEDEC website, register there and you can download DDR4 memory module PCB layouts (it is free). Have a look how they do it there.

Your advanced design course has been of great help to me in making my first design of a motherboard.

There are still some details that I do not understand, I will look at the JEDEC examples and see what conclusions I draw.
