1)What are the difference between line vs track vs interactive routing???
    2) how we can create a cut-off area in Fill (I know how to do it for polygon )?
3)when i am designing pcb, for example place a component, the color of the layer of that components change to green, i think it is because of the DRC, but how can i check it for Error and prevent to this type of changing?

    1) Usually:
    - Line is not conductive (e.g. line around component on silk screen layer)
    - Track is electrical connection (track is routed on copper layer and connects pins)
    - Interactive routing is used to draw tracks (they just call it this way)

    2) Please do you have an example when you need it (e.g. screenshot)? I have never really needed this, so I am not sure how you would like to use it.

    3) Yes, Green means DRC error. I am not sure about rest of the question. Would you like to see what kind of error it is? You can always run Tools -> Design Rules Check -> Run Design Rule Check. You can not prevent it, but you can "hide" the green color: Tools -> Reset Error Markers

about point two, I think you mean adding a polygon cutout? just draw wat you want to cut out, select it then select tools-> convert - > create cut out from selected primiteves..
