route the track first through the capacitor and then connect them to VCC pins?

I am a little confused, For IC, is it important to route the track first through the capacitor and then connect them to VCC pins or there is no difference, we can connect first to the power track to VCC and then to capacitors?

to get proper decoupling it is nescesarry to implement the Vcc first through the capacitor then to the pin. in some cases it is not possible then place it as close to the ic-pin as possible.
