are you sure about your version? altium 10 was a really long time ago..
It supposed to be supported from version 17..
but i would rather suggest going to blind and buried via's instead of back drilling.. it has more yield on PCB production.. and a much safer proces.. i dont really think there is a lot of price difference between the two..
if you already have a design that needs back drilling afterwards you might just want to give the coordinates from a reference point. talk to the manufacturer..
